Getting Support
Getting support at Mind Body Wellness is designed to be simple and accessible.
1. Book a Telehealth Appointment
Book online at a time that fits around your life. All sessions are delivered via secure telehealth, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space.
2. Access Bulk-Billing Support
We are a bulk-billing psychology service. With a GP Mental Health Care Plan, eligible appointments can be bulk billed, helping reduce financial barriers to care.
3. Begin Support That Meets You Where You Are
Sessions are shaped around your needs, experiences, and goals, with compassionate, evidence-based care that considers your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Eating & Relationship with Food
Support for disordered eating patterns, food rules, emotional eating, and creating a more peaceful relationship with food.

Support through fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, IVF, and the emotional uncertainty that can accompany reproductive journeys.
Body Changes & Life Transitions
Support through body changes related to pregnancy, injury, illness, hormonal shifts, or other life transitions that can impact identity and self-worth.
Body Image & Relationship with the Body
Support to explore body image concerns, comparison, self-criticism, and to gently rebuild trust and compassion toward your body.
